The event organizers have put together a dynamic list of headline speakers for the summit.  Presenting on behalf of NIIT will be Sailesh Lalla.  Mr. Lalla is the vice president of business development at NIIT Enterprise Learning Solutions.  He also leads the company’s learning outsourcing initiatives across corporate markets in North America, Europe, and within key industry segments such as banking and insurance, automotive and retail. Lalla has been a part of NIIT’s learning outsourcing business for more than 15 years, and he has rich experience in forging and managing the governance of large-scale outsourcing relationships.  Lalla also brings rich international expertise, having lived and worked on major learning outsourcing relationships in Singapore, Australia and India.  Mr. Lalla will represent NIIT by discussing case studies on an executive panel and break out discussions at the Summit.
